Waynesboro Industrial Site Rebirth Officially Kicked Off

The rebirth of Waynesboro’s former Mohawk Industries plant was officially kicked off Wednesday with a ribbon cutting involving several dignitaries.

Now known as Delphine Enterprise Center, the hope is that the 464,000-square-foot facility will become home to manufacturers and distributors, said Rebecca Polan, a president of corporate communications and real estate for Allied Logistics.

Delphine Enterprise Management, a real estate holding company operated by Allied Logistics, announced purchase of the building last month.
